Day in the life:

  • Breakfast: Avocado and bacon omelet with a side of sautéed mushrooms.
  • Lunch: Caesar salad with grilled chicken, minus croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing.
  • Snack: Cheese slices with a few walnuts.
  • Dinner: Beef stir-fry with mixed vegetables (excluding starchy veggies) cooked in olive oil.

Kosher

Rest assured knowing our Kosher meal plans strictly adhere to the guidelines set by Kashrut, the Jewish dietary law. We source our ingredients from certified suppliers to ensure your meals are kosher-compliant.

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with sliced apples and cinnamon (pareve).
  • Lunch: Kosher tuna salad with lettuce wraps.

Vegan

Diabetes

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, we are more than willing to accommodate them into your meal plan.

That’s totally up to you! Our meal plans provide complete recipes and cooking instructions for those who love cooking. But if you prefer not to, we offer pre-made meals at our health club cafe, wonderfully crafted following your meal plan.

Our meal plans are designed to fulfill your nutritional needs without making you feel starved. We focus on wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that keep you satiated and energized all day.

It depends. Occasional moderate drinking can be a part of a healthy lifestyle. But it is recommended to discuss this with our nutrition coach based on your health goals and the specific meal plan you are on.
