The Real Start Method is a six-week coaching program designed to help you stop starting over and finally begin with intention.

Most “quick start” programs focus on doing the most in the shortest amount of time. We focus on doing the right things consistently for long-term results.

Whether you’re training with us in-club, online, or a mix of both, you’ll receive a complete structure to move forward with purpose and support.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching (Not a Meal Plan)
Nutrition is a core pillar of the Real Start Method, and this is not a one-size-fits-all meal plan. You’ll receive 1:1 nutrition coaching with Jennie, working together to create a plan that fits your body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. You’ll have the option to follow portion-based eating or macro tracking, depending on what’s most sustainable for you.
Throughout the challenge, you’ll receive recipes, education, and daily accountability with real check-ins, the piece most programs are missing.
The goal isn’t just results during the challenge, but giving you the tools, structure, and support to make this a long-term lifestyle.

If you’re participating in person, you’ll also receive:
- Six NIR (Near-Infrared) Light Panel Sessions to support recovery and cellular health
- Unlimited sauna access throughout the program for detox, muscle recovery, and relaxation

Want to Take the Pilates-Based Path Instead?
We also offer a Pilates-based version of the Real Start Method.
The core program is the same; you’ll still receive nutrition coaching, recovery access, accountability, and all the support tools. The main difference is in your workouts:
- You’ll get 12 Reformer Pilates semi-private sessions (2:1 format)
- Instead of strength-focused group training, your movement sessions are Pilates-based
- Everything else remains fully included: coaching, check-ins, sauna, NIR light therapy, and nutrition resources
This version is ideal for those who want a Pilates-focused fitness experience with the same level of structure and support.
A High-Value Start (Without the Pressure)
We’ve priced this round of The Real Start Method to make it easier to begin without cutting corners on support.
- The strength-based option is $300
- The Pilates-based option is $480 (because it includes 12 semi-private reformer sessions)
For context, one-on-one nutrition coaching alone is typically $350.
This program includes that plus training, recovery access, coaching, and weekly accountability, all in one, supported place.

In-Club Option
Join us in person at Your Journey Health Club and get hands-on support in a smaller, more intentional environment.
You’ll receive:
- Structured workouts led by coaches who know your goals

- Weekly accountability check-ins

Ideal for clients who want direct access to our team and thrive in a focused, supportive gym space.
Online Option
Train from anywhere with our fully coached online experience. Structured, supported, and still deeply personalized.
You’ll receive:
- Full access to our training app with efficient 30-minute workouts you can complete at home or take with you to the gym, so your plan flexes with your lifestyle, travel, and schedule
- Gym-based workout options for those days you want or need a full facility, without losing structure or direction
- Weekly schedule organization and planning. Every Sunday, I personally help you map out the week ahead so workouts actually happen (this is where most programs fall short)
- Ongoing nutrition support tailored to your goals, routines, and real life
- Free access to our nutrition app, including recipes, food prep ideas, and simple strategies you can implement immediately
- Consistent coaching and accountability, delivered virtually but never generic, automated, or hands-off
Perfect for those with busy schedules, remote locations, or anyone who needs the freedom to train on their own terms.
Hybrid Option
Need a bit of both? You can combine in-club training and online coaching to create your own hybrid path.
This is a great fit if you:
- Want in-person coaching but travel often
- Prefer flexibility without giving up connection
- Need structure that adapts to changing schedules
You’ll still receive everything the full program offers, customized to your format and consistency.
Enrollment officially opens January 19, but if you’re ready now, early sign-up is available so you can get prepped ahead of time. Your program will begin then, no matter when you register.
